Synopsis: Fifty Shades of Grey - When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey’s singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success—his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving family—Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a daring, passionately physical affair, Ana discovers Christian Grey’s secrets and explores her own dark desires. - goodreads.com

Fifty Shades Darker - Daunted by the singular tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house.

But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. They rekindle their searing sensual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades.

While Christian wrestles with his inner demons, Anastasia must confront the anger and envy of the women who came before her, and make the most important decision of her life. - goodreads.com

Fifty Shades Freed - When unworldly student Ana Steele first encountered the driven, damaged young entrepreneur Christian Grey, it sparked a sensual affair that changed both their lives irrevocably. Shocked, intrigued, and ultimately repelled by Christian's singular sexual tastes, Ana demanded a deeper commitment; determined to keep her, Christian agreed. Now, together, they have more -- love, passion, intimacy, wealth, and a world of infinite possibilities. But Ana always knew that loving her Fifty Shades would not be easy and being together poses challenges neither of them ever anticipated. Ana must somehow learn to share Christian's opulent lifestyle without sacrificing her own integrity, identity, or independence; Christian must somehow overcome his compulsion to control and lay to rest the horrors that blighted his past and haunt his present. Just when it seems that together their love can conquer any obstacle, tragedy, malice and fate combine to make Ana's worst nightmares come true. - goodreads.com

Please be aware that these are adult books!

I actually read the Fifty Shades Series back in May just as the gossip about the books started and I was quite excited when I found out that the books were getting made into films! I actually read each of these books in a day as they just continued on from each other and luckily they were all out so I didn't have to wait! I enjoyed these books and I felt that the plots were well paced and held my attention the whole way through! I liked the main character Ana Steele and I thought that she was funny but sometimes she did annoy me and so did her decisions! I loved Christian Grey just as much as everyone else seems too and I thought that he was brave and he faced his demons amazingly! He was also so protective of Ana! I really enjoyed the progress in these books and I felt that Ana and Christian's relationship went at the right pace and I loved the ending to Fifty Shades Freed. This is an honest review so I have to say that these books did not have as much sex as people made out that they did! My sister actually tried to read Fifty Shades of Grey and she actually gave up like 20 pages into it! I think that the covers suit what happens in the story amazingly and I love them!
